Signing in

The Bridge is at app.trimtabsec.com.

Your organization

Trimtab is invite-only for now. When your organization joins, Trimtab sends your first owner a one-time invite link. That owner then invites the rest of your team. Your organization's data is kept separate from every other organization. See Security and privacy.

Your account

An owner on your team invites you from the Bridge's Team page. You'll receive a one-time link. Open it, choose your password, and scan the QR code with an authenticator app, such as Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or 1Password. The entry appears as Trimtab. See Team and invites.

Signing in

1. Go to app.trimtabsec.com.
2. Enter your email (or username) and password.
3. Enter the 6-digit authenticator code from your app.
4. Select Sign in.

Every sign-in needs all three. Each code can be used only once.

Sessions and lockout

• You stay signed in for 8 hours, then sign in again.
• After 10 failed attempts in 15 minutes, sign-in is paused for that network for 15 minutes.
• If an owner changes your role or access, you're signed out and sign in again to pick up the change.
• Select Sign out in the top bar when you're done on a shared computer.

Lost your phone or forgot your password?

Ask an owner to select Manage → Reset sign-in for you on the Team page. You'll get a one-time link to set a new password and authenticator.
