Reports

Every scan has a printable report you can share with clients and assessors.

Open a report

• From a device or tenant page, select Full report ↗ for the latest scan.
• In the Logbook tab, select Report next to any past scan.

What's in a report

• The device or tenant, scan time, score, and pass/fail counts
• Framework coverage: every control checked for the client's standards. Expand a requirement for the plain-English meaning, official wording, and source link.
• What needs attention: each finding with a Fix summary, a Correct course menu with step-by-step instructions, the controls it affects, Why this matters, and the evidence
• Full results: every check and its result

Reports only include the standards the client is scored against.

Save or print

Use your browser's Print (Ctrl+P) and choose Save as PDF. Printed reports expand the step-by-step instructions automatically and hide interactive menus.

Raw data

Select JSON next to a scan in the Logbook to download its complete, unfiltered results.

Reports on a device

Lookout can also produce a report locally without the Bridge, which is useful for a one-off assessment:
